Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail or grocery is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and answer questions.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal store areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling compliance.
• Help manage loss prevention and safeguarding store assets.
