Job summary

Dollar Tree in Hutchinson, Kansas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily functions, greet customers, and ensure merchandise is stocked and presented.

This role supports opening/closing, payroll and scheduling tasks, loss prevention, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment while guiding Store Associates to deliver friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read operational directives
• Retail/store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical store duties

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor
