Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, to support store operations, customer service, and team development. This part-time role involves assisting with merchandise organization, opening/closing procedures, and staff supervision to maintain a safe, welcoming store environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• Read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, pulling, etc.).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Assist in organizing, transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
