Dollar Tree, Inc. in East Point, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help with merchandising, opening/closing, loss prevention, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

You will assist the Store Manager in supervising and coaching associates, ensuring a positive, safe, and friendly shopping experience for customers and colleagues alike.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Mansioni

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional fixtures, displays, and store cleanliness.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping, and loss prevention.
• Support store manager in supervising, training, and developing associates.
