Job summary

Yorkshire Trading Company is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor for our Bourne store. The role is part-time—24 hours over 3 days, with some weekends on a rota. You will assist the store manager, deputise when needed, and help train staff on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include stock and display management, customer service, and ensuring correct pricing. The position offers pro-rata holiday entitlement and a chance to contribute to a busy nationwide retail operation.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to train and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in day-to-day running of the Bourne store.
• Deputise in absence of Store Manager (key holder).
• Support training of retail colleagues including cashiers and replenishment team.
• Manage store displays, stock rotation, and merchandising.
• Handle customer questions and complaints with friendly service.
• Ensure pricing is correct and cashing up duties when required.
