Yorkshire Trading Company is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor for our Bourne store. The role is part-time—24 hours over 3 days, with some weekends on a rota. You will assist the store manager, deputise when needed, and help train staff on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include stock and display management, customer service, and ensuring correct pricing. The position offers pro-rata holiday entitlement and a chance to contribute to a busy nationwide retail operation.

We have an opportunity for a Retail Store Supervisor to join the team in our Bourne Store.

The position is based on:

• - 24 Hours over 3 days, to include some weekends on a rota basis

The ideal candidate would benefit from being flexible as additional hours may be required at busy times

Duties to include but are not limited to:

• - To assist the store manager in the day to day running of the store
• - Deputise in the absence of the Store Manager (key holder)
• - Support in the management and training of retail colleagues, including cashiers and the replenishment team working on the shop floor.
• - Work on store displays / stock rotation and put away
• - Keep up-to-date with all of our products, services and promotions.
• - Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues
• - Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters suggesting items, delivering great, traditional customer service
• - Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• - Cashing up duties as and when required
• - Ensure pricing is correct.
