Job summary

CVS Health in Portland, ME is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to lead the store team when a manager is absent. You will ensure smooth operations, guide staff, and uphold our customer service standards, while addressing customer questions and resolving issues promptly.

You will promote a friendly CVS customer service culture, maintain confidentiality, and support merchandising and display execution to meet weekly and seasonal priorities.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff in the absence of management.
• Communicate with store management and crews effectively.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and positive shopping experiences.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Merchandise shelves, displays, and stock weekly/seasonal items.
• Execute displays and resets following planograms (POGs).
