Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of supervisory experience (as a key carrier, shift lead, team lead) in a similar retail environment or a minimum of 6 weeks as sales/cashier at Melrose.
• Promotion rules require at least 2 months of prior supervisory experience documented to advance.
• Bronze & Silver Stores require 18 years or older; Gold & Platinum Stores require 18+ and out of high school.

Responsibilities

• Share responsibility for sales performance, staff productivity, loss prevention, merchandising, safety and store operations.
