Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct store activities, organize work to maintain smooth workflow, and meet deadlines set by corporate and store management.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, ensure team service, train employees, and maintain professional working relationships with coworkers and management.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, loss prevention, merchandising, and operating functions are performed according to company standards.
