Job summary

Hillman Group in Vermont seeks a PART TIME Store Sales Representative to cover 3 stores. You’ll own your territory, be the face of Hillman in stores, keep displays sharp, manage inventory, and nurture store relationships.

This hands-on role runs 24 hours over 3 days per week, with a car allowance, corporate gas card, and a flexible schedule to run your day. You’ll also receive a cell phone allowance and participate in our retirement savings and employee stock purchase plan.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan‑ograms and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in‑store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.
