Job summary

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with planned increases in Year 2 through Year 5, reflecting your growth and commitment. Roles require working fewer than 30 hours per week, with opportunities to develop in customer service and store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment including cash registers and floor scrubber.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management.
• Assists store management in achieving operational efficiency goals.
• Assists in achieving total loss goals.
• Complies with all company policies and processes.
• Supports a safe working environment by identifying hazards and maintaining equipment.
• Maintains store zones and merchandising standards.
• Adheres to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Performs general cleaning to company standards.
