Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 18 years old required
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient checkout service using the POS system
• Keep shelves stocked and organized to meet merchandising standards
• Assist store management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals
• Maintain a safe working environment by identifying hazards and ensuring equipment is in proper working order
• Adhere to company policies, processes, and inventory procedures
• Perform general cleaning tasks according to company standards
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Maintain attendance and meet availability requirements
