Job summary

ALDI is seeking enthusiastic part-time Cashiers and Stockers to support daily store operations in Minnesota. You’ll provide friendly checkout service or help keep shelves stocked, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

The starting wage is $20.00 per hour with pay increases in subsequent years, and the roles require availability for early hours and occasional overtime. Comprehensive benefits are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, and other devices.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient checkout service using the POS system and follow cash policies.
• Open additional check lanes as needed to ensure efficient checkout.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and loss prevention.
• Perform stocking and merchandising tasks to keep shelves organized.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working environment according to company standards.
