Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking enthusiastic part-time store associates, stockers and cashiers. You will merchandise and stock products, handle cashier duties, and maintain store cleanliness to provide a superior shopping experience.

Positions are part-time with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour and scheduled wage increases over five years. As a cashier, you will operate the POS system and ensure accurate checkout, while stockers focus on shelf presentation and timely restocking.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly and courteous customer service is essential.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and perform general cleaning as needed.
• Able to arrive to work as early as 5:00am.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Assists store management in achieving operational efficiency goals.
• Assists store management in achieving total loss goals.
• Complies with all established company policies and processes.
• Supports store management in providing a safe working environment by identifying and rectifying hazards, ensuring proper ergonomics, and maintaining equipment in proper working order.
• Maintains store zones standards and merchandising standards at all times.
