Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• HSD or equivalent required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to identify hazards and policy violations.
• Document incidents and communicate information to site management.
