Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities and help deliver a clean, welcoming shopping experience.

You will organize merchandise, supervise Associates, support opening and closing procedures, and ensure policy compliance. This part-time role offers opportunities to grow with a nationally recognized retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred and ability to read and explain directives.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or drug store management preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform varied physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Maintain store areas and protect company assets including cash
