Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and adhering to SOPs and company programs.
• Maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity as MOD.
• Lead truck unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and daily tasks with store leadership to align staffing with business needs.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to improve stock levels and replenishment.
• Ensure accurate Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee pricing changes, promotions, and signage for accuracy and adherence.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes with accuracy.
• Support asset protection practices and shrink reduction through training and coaching.
