Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Operations Supervisor to assist the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead store crews in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and promote a high standard of customer service.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, supervision ability, and flexibility to work mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance.
