Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and excellent service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high service standards.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor stocked.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staffing.
• Open/close procedures including cash, locks, alarms, and daily preparation.
• Assist onboarding and training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recoveries.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
