At Home in Cedar Park, TX is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to keep store processes running smoothly, open/close, stock, and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

You will supervise tasks, coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager, train teammates, manage freight, and support sales goals while upholding company standards.

Open availability nights and weekends; must lift 50 lbs and work in a warehouse-like setting; previous retail leadership preferred.

Competenze

• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.

Mansioni

• Oversee store opening, closing, and front-end processes with accuracy and safety.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and customer experience.
• Plan daily/weekly tasks to meet store, department, and sales goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention while maintaining efficiency.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team performance to boost productivity.
• Handle freight processing, stocking, and end-cap maintenance while keeping the store neat.
