Job summary

Burberry in Sunrise, Florida is seeking a Part-Time Operations Associate to support store back of house operations and maintain stock integrity. You will assist with inventory control, stock retrieval for omnichannel orders, and ensure a tidy, compliant back of house.

The role requires strong organizational skills, good communication, and the ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior SAP/microsoft Office experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and stock handling.
• Familiarity with omnichannel stock pullback is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of inventory control and stock orders with accuracy.
• Assist sales with timely stock retrieval for omnichannel operations.
• Maintain a tidy back of house in line with Retail Operations standards.
• Perform quality checks on products and report any issues.
• Support aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalisation).
• Ensure stockroom equipment is working; report concerns through proper channels.
• Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and supplier/customer liaison.
• Support events, merchandising, and stock takes as required.
