You will manage stockroom processes, assist with inventory, and train teammates on standards while delivering seamless transactions and effective teamwork with optimism and energy.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through personalized service and styling.

• Maintain store standards and a welcoming, customer-first environment.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Lead shipment processing and keep stockroom organized and efficient.
• Train teammates on back-of-house standards and processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through replenishment and size integrity on the sales floor.
• Oversee transfers, cycle counts, and handling of damages or returns.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain presentation standards.
