Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience managing inventory, pricing, and planograms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and policy compliance.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy, pricing integrity, and stock movement.
• Support Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN processes, ensuring proper documentation.
