Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage store operations, truck processing, and inventory routines.
• Experience with planogram sets and visual merchandising standards.
• Able to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage with floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a customer-ready store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, product integrity, and stock movements.
• Execute ad sets with compliant promotional signage and placements.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Manage shrink reduction through asset protection practices.
