• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Oversee inventory control, price changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment to ensure accuracy and readiness.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
