I LOVE SUGAR is hiring a Part-time Manager for our Panama City Beach, FL store. This role oversees Sales Associates, partners with upper management, and enhances the customer experience.

Responsibilities include customer service, POS operation, stocking, merchandising, and ensuring store standards. The position requires leadership, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent (preferred).
• 6 months supervisory/retail experience (preferred).
• Ability to lead a team of 10+ employees.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overseeing Sales Associates and store operations.
• Run POS register and handle transactions.
• Stock, merchandise, rotate, and display products per guidelines.
• Maintain clean selling floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms per standards.
