Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience on our campus store floor in California. You will coach team members, support opening/closing duties, and help ensure operational priorities are met.

• 2+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily store operations.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and provide direction to team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer service while coaching team members.
• Assist with opening/closing responsibilities and act as Manager-on-Duty when assigned.
• Support onboarding/training and uphold company policies and store standards.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, POS transactions, and other operational activities.
