Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic store crew member in Ann Arbor to deliver fast, friendly checkout and help keep the sales floor stocked and welcoming.

You will train teammates, assist with opening/closing procedures, and partner with store leadership to boost sales while maintaining cash accuracy and a safe shopping environment. High school diploma and 1 year of supervisory experience preferred; flexible availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Train crew on customer service standards.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Open or close the store and secure cash and doors.
