Job summary

Cotton On in the United States is hiring a part-time Key Holder to open and close the store, lead the team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle sales, assist inventory, maintain store standards, and mentor new associates while collaborating with colleagues to meet daily goals. Part-time hourly role with a competitive wage and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1+ year of retail sales experience.
• Minimum 1+ year of acting retail leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity.
• Engages with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
• Ability to interact collaboratively and work as a team towards a common goal.
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others.
• Acting in a respectful manner to customers, managers and peers.
