Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in South Bend, Indiana to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help supervise Store Associates, train staff, and ensure daily tasks are completed to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
