Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Plano, TX to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and maintain displays to maximize sales and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
