Dollar Tree in Plano, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day functions, organize merchandise, and support the Store Manager in driving sales and store standards.

You will lead training for Store Associates, maintain a safe, clean environment, handle payroll and scheduling tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and interpret operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash deposits and receipts, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked floors and organized stockrooms to company standards.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates and ensure a safe, respectful environment.
• Ensure adherence to policies and safety guidelines and protect store assets.
