Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong interpersonal skills and brand passion.
• Proven sales track record and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to meet/exceed store financial goals and metrics.
• Host the party while communicating Vineyard Vines values to customers.
• Exemplify values: Passion, Service, Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork, Fun.
• Execute the door-to-floor process from receiving shipments to floor set.
• Develop and train staff with ongoing coaching and onboarding.
• Open and close the store.
