Vineyard Vines in Orlando, FL is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder to assist store leadership and champion the customer experience on the sales floor.

In this role you will coach teammates, open and close the store, and drive sales while upholding our brand values of Passion, Service, Integrity, and Teamwork.

Weekend availability is required, with 20-30 hours weekly for part-time status; seasonal peaks may require 25-40 hours.

Formación

• Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service.
• Experience mentoring a team and leading trainings.
