Job summary

Vineyard Vines in Washington, DC is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder to support our Wisconsin Ave store. You will partner with store leadership to coach the team, open and close the shop, and ensure exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in retail leadership, strong communication and a passion for our brand. Weekend availability is required, with 20-30 hours per week for part-time status.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year’s leadership experience in retail or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to meet/exceed store goals.
• Coach and train the team to be Brand Ambassadors.
• Open and close the store and manage daily operations.
• Lead and mentor crew; drive results and accountability.
• Balance vision and strategy with daily tasks and execution.
