Job summary

Vineyard Vines in Clinton, CT is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder to join our energetic retail team. You will coach, train and develop crew, ensuring every customer interaction is tailored and brand-aligned.

You’ll work with store leadership on daily operations, scheduling, and community-focused storytelling, while upholding our values and delivering memorable shopping experiences. Weekend availability and 20–30 hours weekly are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership or an equivalent role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Charismatic personality and love for the vineyard vines brand and community.
• Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to support the store in meeting/exceeding store financial goals and metrics.
• “Host the party” while effectively communicating vineyard vines core values to customers.
• Regularly exemplifies our values of Passion, Service, Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork and Fun.
• Assist in onboarding and training Crew around product, presentation and process through coaching and in-flight feedback.
• Responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Support store leadership in different strategic managerial tasks to run the store successfully.
