Job summary

Claire's in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales through friendly service and product knowledge. You will participate in training for piercing services, maintain appealing displays, assist with inventory, and support store operations while partnering with the team to create a fun, inclusive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Completed some high school and at least one year of retail management experience.
• Proficient in operating a POS system to process transactions and manage sales.
• Able to stand for shifts and lift 11-35 kg.
• Strong math skills for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: deliver next-level customer experiences, upsell promos to drive revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: training and piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain sterile environment.
• Keep It Fresh: maintain store displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.

• Brand Representation: showcase Claire's products and stay on trend to help customers find style.
• Store Operations: oversee inventory, cash handling, merchandising, promotions.
