Job summary

Claire's is seeking a Part-Time Manager to lead in-store sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences in our Texas store. You will drive revenue through upselling, visual merchandising, and staff coaching while maintaining the fun, fast-paced Claire's culture.

Responsibilities include coaching a team, overseeing inventory, handling POS transactions, and staying on top of promotions and trends to help customers express themselves through fashion. Previous retail management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or leadership experience is required.
• Ability to upsell and drive sales while maintaining customer focus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and upsell accessories while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead store team, motivate staff, and share sales tips to maintain a high-energy environment.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and visual merchandising to reflect Claire's branding.
• Represent the Claire's brand and stay current with fashion trends to help customers express themselves.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire's haul on social media to boost engagement.
