Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to conduct piercings and demonstrate patience with young or anxious customers.
• Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• Have completed some high school and at least one year of retail management experience.
• Able to stand during shifts and lift 25–75 lbs (11–35 kg).
• Able to bend, stoop, extend reaching, and climb ladders or step stools as needed.
• Passionate about helping customers express themselves through products.

Responsibilities

• Piercing Excellence: join piercing experts through comprehensive training, conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, and maintain a sterile environment.
• Keep It Fresh: maintain an Insta-worthy store with organized inventory and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Team Collaboration: support Store Manager by motivating the team and sharing sales tips.
• Brand Representation: showcase Claire's products, stay current on fashion and social media trends to help customers.
• Store Operations: oversee inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and promotions.
• Create Shareable Moments: encourage customers to share Claire's hauls on social media.
