Qualifications

• Completed some high school and at least one year of retail management experience.
• Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales.
• Able to stand during shifts and perform light to moderate lifting (11–35 kg).
• Ready to engage with customers and deliver outstanding service every day.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting promos.
• Piercing Excellence: assist with piercing services, aftercare education, and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Keep It Fresh: maintain attractive store displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Team Collaboration: support Store Manager, share sales tips, and foster a positive, energetic atmosphere.
• Brand Representation: showcase Claire's products and stay current with fashion and social media trends.
• Store Operations: oversee inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Create Shareable Moments: encourage customers to share their Claire’s hauls on social media.
