Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a part-time store associate to assist with daily store operations and customer service in Bayfield. You will help organize merchandise, maintain shelves and stockrooms, and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Maintain areas of the store, including a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom, to company standards.
• Provide opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Adhere to policies and procedures including safety guidelines and ensure all store associates follow company policies.
• Assist in training and supervising Store Associates.
