Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through training of associates, including in- the-moment coaching conversations.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates.
• Support and participate in all company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide direct, objective feedback in a timely manner.
• Motivate and inspire associates to build brand loyalty and create a positive store environment for customers.
• Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold brand standards.
• Support management to maximize productivity through knowledge, customer service and store initiatives.
• Participate in Leader on Duty program to enhance customer experience and drive profitability while managing payroll.
• Process payroll weekly and adjust schedules based on business needs.
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom and adhere to CRE standards & safety.
