• Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.
• Adjust daily agenda for shift personnel for efficiency.
• Learn products and clientele to ensure superior service.
• Track weekly results and trends for forecasting.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Assist in merchandising procedures.
