Job summary

Go! Calendar Holdings, LLC is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to open/close our store in Santa Ana, CA, and manage cash while delivering strong customer service. You will greet customers, drive sales using the calendar-based promotions, and maintain store standards.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, a customer-first mindset, and reliable, detail-oriented work habits in a fast-paced environment. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Provide service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Open and close the store and prepare cash as needed.
