Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead at our San Clemente location to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding and developing store associates. You will work with the Store Manager to step in as needed, uphold brand standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel experience through available tools.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ months of retail sales experience, preferred management exposure, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong initiative and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Support store leaders with onboarding and development of a highly engaged team.
• Provide guidance and coaching to associates for excellent customer experiences.
• Step in as manager when needed and uphold brand standards.
• Drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on store operations and performance.
