Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leader to wow customers, train crew, and oversee daily store operations. You will open/close, handle cash, merchandise, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (college experience preferred) and at least 1 year of management. Flexibility for weekends and travel may be required; hourly pay starts at $11.50 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service excellence.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking; acts as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
