Job summary

RPM Pizza in Indiana is seeking a Part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver outstanding customer service, and support store goals. You will train Team Members, uphold brand standards, and assist the General Manager with daily operations.

The role requires RPM training, a focus on safety and quality, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Hourly pay includes bonus opportunities and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older; 21 to drive.
• RPM training completed or in progress.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food prep tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
