Job summary

RPM Pizza, a large Domino’s franchise with 160+ stores, is seeking a Part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, ensure great customer service, and support daily operations in our Indiana stores.

You will train Team Members, assist with scheduling and safety, uphold brand standards, and participate in RPM and Domino’s training programs. This role requires 18+ years old, strong communication, a positive, team‑oriented attitude, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Complete RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
