Job summary

RPM Pizza in Greenwood, IN is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver excellent customer service, and support the General Manager in daily operations. You will train Team Members, manage scheduling, and help uphold all brand standards across the store.

This role requires 18+ years, completion of RPM training, strong communication, a positive attitude, and food safety certification as required by local regulations. Nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards and lead shifts.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to meet performance goals.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
