BoxLunch is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead a civic-minded, pop culture driven brand. You will support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives, hitting sales targets, and developing the team.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of retail management, strong communication, and a passion for philanthropy. You will manage promotions, budgets, and scheduling to deliver an engaging customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; degree welcome.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain a strong team.
• Comfort with promotions, promotions planning, and promotions execution.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team to run the store.
• Promote products and promotions through in-store and social channels.
• Provide leadership for an operationally sound business with strong customer focus.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit targets.
• Merchandise the store following planograms and launch promos on time.
• Develop and coach the store team to be high-performing and customer-focused.
• Must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED.
